LEADERSHIP

At Redemption, we believe that leadership is a shared venture. Principally, we believe the Bible teaches this; practically, we believe this is the route of wisdom (many hands make for light work). Along with the pastors, we have elders and deacons (1 Timothy 3:1-13).The elders nurture and equip Redemption members for the work of ministry by visiting, teaching, and preaching the Gospel. The deacons serve Redemption by ensuring that no one lives uncomforted under the pressure of sickness, loneliness, and poverty.
